1 raid every 4.5 months.
1 hour of 90% non voiced content.
45 minutes of MSQ.
Worthless updates like here get some 10 potency on X Skill meanwhile other jobs gets -10.
New maps or skills? Are you crazy? Wait for another 3 years thats gonna be 40 usd for the new "expansion".

Granted there is some partial hyperbole in this post it’s more than what you’re saying.
1 dungeon granted true but is technically 2/3 if we want to count variant dungeons which are releasing in 6.4 and 6.5 also criterion they are still dungeons that have more boss fights and multiple routes so take that what we will.
1 big raid and 1 set of 4 bosses which is more than most mmos except wow but then 14 bosses are more involved (for the most part than what wow others)
Your non voiced and MSQ side contradict each other; I have grown up on non voiced games and I really don’t care if it is or isn’t voiced. We technically get more voiced dialogue now then ever it’s just now there is so much more writing it seems about the same in comparison.
We got a new map it’s island sanctuary (granted not what everyone wants) and the last 2 expansions did give new maps gave eureka and bozja. New skills we don’t need and no mmo does that within patch cycles to my knowledge, wow, eso, new world, gw2 in between expansions don’t provide new skills it’s more new systems to interact with.

Im not sure what you deem value but the price of an expansion and for what you get is worth it I feel.
New levels and skills and usually 2 new classes on top of reworks of others
40-60 hours of story content
6 new zones
6 story tied dungeons 2 additional
3 trial bosses
1-2 weeks later the first 4 raid bosses
New mounts, minions, hunts, gear, collectibles etc
And more with QoL

By all means to me for £32.99 which is what it costs me here I’ve paid that for games with a fraction the playtime. Even if we compare it to say ESO which is the same cost for their ‘chapters’ you get far far less content. Im not by all means defending the game and there is a lot I would change or introduce but the content release is generally up there as the most per your money.

I mean couldn’t the same be said to you that I could say good for you and that most of us aren’t bothered if it’s all voiced or not. We would both need to provide census data to back our claims but I’m going off of my opinion not a consensus. Which yours will be wildly off the mark, eso fully voiced albeit much worse dialogue and very repetitious voice actor usage it’s like the same 15 people doing all the voices. A game can be known for its story doesn’t mean voice acting has to be w thing. I’m sure attention spans have whittled over the years but that’s not a dig at yourself more the people of today. I’m sure there are more people who are in my camp than yours and that’s just me spit balling. But like I said I’m all for more I’m just fine with what’s there.

News flash - some of the best games in existence that have been praised for their stories were made before VA was even a thing at all in video games. You don't need VA to have a quality story. Time to mature a little and join the real world.

Back in ma' days, we ain't got all these movin' pictures and internets, ya spoil't brats need to learn that good ol' story doesn't need all that crap. Just read ye good olde books. I ain't speaking about them picture books either, just words made out of black ink on stained paper. Only this is how ya tell the real story.
