I generally respond once then put them on ignore. It's not worth wasting my daily word count on them.
I feel like a fair amount of male players would prefer the mithra angle. Fantasy races that can be easily sexualized tends to sell. And they tend to attract far more players because they naturally adhere to the ‘male gaze’ by boasting a humanoid woman’s build.

It’s why female Charr aren’t exactly a popular choice in GW2.

Now me? I wanna play a powerful beast woman for sure. Because that option is a rare one. But I’m a woman who doesn’t care about maintaining traditional female aesthetics. So my perspective on the matter is bound to be different.
