    Usually when people take a break, it involves unsubbing so they aren't paying 15 a month for something they aren't playing. Staying subbed to refresh your house kind of defeats the point...

    Depends on how long of a break you want to take. A month? Forty-four days? Five years?

    You can skip every other subscription payment by logging in on the last day of your current subscription, visiting your house, logging off and not paying for the next month's subscription. 43 days after your subscription expires you can resubscribe, log in, visit your house, and log off for another 28 days. Rinse, repeat.

    Although I question why you want a house if you only visit it long enough to stop the auto-demolition process. Much less expensive to purchase an apartment and take a five year vacation from the game.

    I'd rather the game have enough content to not necessitate gaming the system with 43 day breaks but you know.
