Was any of the 6.3 content worth waiting 4 months for?

I think 30 new wards was a pretty massive update in 6.3 that gave a lot of players something new to do. It completely solved the housing shortage in the EU region. Once I finish my submarine project it'll take me weeks or months to furnish my new large and medium houses.

What they added was plenty to do until 6.35.

You can unsub for 44 days. That's a break. They never said you should only sub twice a year and why would they? MMOs are meant to be an ongoing experience.

Once again, not the point, its hypocritical to act like a company is telling its customers to take breaks from the game while also having a system such as auto demo which prevents people from doing so
