You are on Maduin which is one of the many new worlds, there is more than enough housing available there.
Also it's not up to you to decide if people want to buy 25 accounts and get 25 houses, what people do with their money is none of your business.

If it affects the community at large, then it quite literally is the communities business. You can't play an MMO and expect to do so in a bubble.
This is still an MMO, we can give SE feedback to change the rules and stop allowing that for future wards so more unique individuals can get a chance at a house, along with closing other loopholes.
Just like how they changed the house limit per account rule in the past.
Again, nobody is naming names or making a call to arms or "judging", but some of you are so quick to get uppity about any type of comment giving feedback or in this case just simply asking a question lmao.
How is it a loophole ? The person clearly stated that the person took the plots as PERSONAL which means its from 7 different accounts. This is still an MMO, we can give SE feedback to change the rules and stop allowing that for future wards so more unique individuals can get a chance at a house, along with closing other loopholes.

This is not a loophole, it works just as intended, one personal per account.
There is no way to "play" or "bypass" the one personal house per account per world rule, absolutely none.
If you see a problem with someone using 7 accounts to get more houses, I dont know what to tell you, some people collect cars, some people collect old coins, some people collect old bottles of coca-cola, or some even collect rocks, what people do with their money is their problem, and it shouldnt be yours or mine
That goes likewise for people with multiple houses, people do what they want with their game.
Their money is theirs to use, if they decide to buy 100 accounts and to take over 2 entire wards or close to it, it's their problem, its not a loophole, they are buying new accounts which means Square is swimming in cash from these people.Rich people exist, and for rich people the cost of 7 subs is insignificant, compared to the bragging rights.
It's a similar situation to whales on mobile titles, who drop thousands just to be top of some leaderboard.
Always assume stupidity over malice, and there's nobody more stupid than rich people who don't know the value of money.
This.

I disagree - when you have countless people within a community with a complaint about the lack of housing (again, this isn't exclusive to just Maduin, so your point doesn't much stand), then it becomes everyones problem.

Problem is that those complaints are coming from people of over populated worlds and which are naive enough to think that throwing more servers for housing on those worlds would be the solution. Lets be honest here instanced housing wont come at least for FF14, the past decision from Square are clearly showing that this is not a solution they are considering. Of course Square is going to add only new worlds instead of even more ward server capacity to current worlds. They are a business and thinking of the future when this game hasnt the sub numbers they are having now. Then its easier to close and running just several smaller Worlds with less fixed costs instead of running a smaller count of those large server structure in the background with larger fixed costs that they cant close because the gave in to the Balmungian entitlement of having 100 Wards for the Brothel district?
