People wont actually like instanced housing, it'll feel like second class housing compared to wards. It would be better if they just invested more into server infrastructure and over doubled the wards on NA/EU.

Apartments are already second class houses compared to wards. So adding instanced housing would be the same, but more features and the wards can stay premium, hell even whack the prices back up to show this.
