This is exactly why calls for instanced housing is so disingenuous. Turning wards into ghost towns is not only counter to the intention of housing as it was envisioned originally but it's extremely anti-social.

There have been multiple posts in this thread providing hard numbers to show that your solution will do nothing to alleviate this. Why are you ignoring these posts? Do you actually want to solve anything, or are you just on a crusade?
