Can we have an official response on the RMT sub FC farms?

On the side not, I'm not sure if this is NA servers housing issue, genuinely in my server which is EU server, I can go check the wards around and there are multiple house plots, like even last 2 days 2 plots became available for bidding in my ward. Not denying that I spotted some multi house plots owners who is doing the same dumb idea and name them all with 1 name or 1 tag.

There are still plots available on NA servers, but it's deceptive. The lotto slows down the rate of consumption. Within 1-3 more lotto cycles, housing will be gobbled up again, the vast majority of them going to private owners. (Where the demand is greatest.) Servers with higher populations will see this happen faster, obviously.

Instanced housing would mean even after ward houses are snapped up, people could still participate in housing. See, we'd rather go for a sensible solution to alleviate housing demand.

It got posted on several sub discords so anytime a single person says anything against sub farms you get 20 replies about how subs are totally fine when used by a single person who owns an entire ward filled with completely unfurnished homes.
And when they are not defending it they are making mentions such as "having neighbors sucks anyways lol", "we don't actually make that much money lol its just like 50mil per month passive income lol"
Honestly if they had just kept quiet I would have lost interest, but now I want to make sure there is always a thread up, always bumping it and already sent several reports and mails@SE against the worst offenders.

This is exactly why calls for instanced housing is so disingenuous. Turning wards into ghost towns is not only counter to the intention of housing as it was envisioned originally but it's extremely anti-social. It's not a solution for the community, it's a solution to hide questionable practices.

A more reasonable compromise would be separating workshops from housing. Even better that I've seen would be allowing all alts to share a single plot.

Sure, you can take away the extra houses from the multiple house owners but they're a tiny percentage of the owned plots. What next when there are still not enough houses for every player that wants one?

Then that's that. Whataboutism is kind of worthless when there's still active abuse occurring. This is the difference between losing a lottery when everyone has a level playing field (1 bid each) versus losing a bid because you had 1 bid and someone else put in 10.

Legacy, 1.0, etc. My first 2 FC houses were inherited back in late 2.x to early 3.x. Now some Western public opinion of new players has shifted and ya'll want to demo that? Get a grip.

On a MACRO level, SE shoulders blame for pausing auto-demo (reduced supply), keeping housing prices low (increased demand), and being unable to expand servers/housing at a time of peak subscriptions (increased demand).

At least you're honest with your "Fuck you I got mine!" as opposed to the people who call for instanced housing as a copout.

There have been multiple posts in this thread providing hard numbers to show that your solution will do nothing to alleviate this. Why are you ignoring these posts? Do you actually want to solve anything, or are you just on a crusade?
