No, it was done as extra info onto Jeeqbit's post to try and explain, with a bit more detail, why there is a potential difference in how the different regions communicate.

However, what I do find interesting is that fact you assumed I was meant to quote you? Just as an observation, I didn't mention anyone specifically when mentioning someone from NA coming to EU. It was a generic statement meant to apply to anyone from NA. So, was it perceived that the post I made had the wrong quote in it and was definitely directed at you specifically, despite the fact nothing in the post suggested otherwise except the vague thought of you mentioning you wanted to?

I'm trying to be very careful with my wording in this post so as to not potentially come across as offensive, but, to be blunt, this is a classic example of Americans thinking everything revolves around them, which is just a foreign concept to us over the pond.
