A friend cannot reasonably help you unless they are within your level range (or vice versa), or unless they are willing to de-level themselves. This is a large contributory part of why people dislike Eureka, as they is nothing that actively facilitates this, bar when you can level sync on FATE and burn things down - Even then you get approx. 3 minutes at best for every spawn.

You can always do the content together with friends from the start and make memories together! Maybe people should stop treating MMORPGs as singleplayer games.

Yes, allow people to ask a friend to de-level themselves or to create a fresh character so they can experience Eureka once again with someone. The number of people willing to do this even for friends is far and few between.

You see, I would have also been willing to give you some kudos here, but apparently reading really isn't your forte. The issue isn't with people wanting or treating MMORPGs as single-player games. The issue is related to the game having a lack of a system in place for those more adequately levelled to help those whom they are friends with of a lower level without restarting a fresh character.

Maybe stop trying to jump to really wild conclusions regarding the premise of a post and actually elect to read the post in the first place, and then actively try to examine why the lack of down-syncing yourself could be deemed an issue - and an issue that actually conflicts with your premise of 'maybe people should stop treating MMORPGs as a single-player game' - Maybe if the game would allow me without being overly inconvenient about it.

Let's examine this shall we, in case the implication has gone above your head.

In order for me to help or join a friend without them being inconvenienced I need to either:

    1. Resort to exclusively just pop NMs in order for them to level, to which their reward will significantly diminish.
    2. De-level myself to the lowest possible level so that I can farm monsters with them.
    3. Create a brand new character and either skip through the entire story or purchase a job skip in addition to a story skip.

I mean if you can only have fun with completely fresh content and if helping someone through content and seeing them achieve what they want is not enough for you to make your brain release feeling good chemicals then i can see how one would well be like that.

And yeah, just help them farm NMs cause well those also give the mats etc. one needs for the relics etc. but tbh if you don't want to do the content in the first place what is your reasoning then anyways? It seems like you for example wouldn't do it either way.

Like I said, reading really isn't your forte. To reiterate, the issue is that to help them achieve what they want, either I or they need to be terribly inconvenienced. If the goal is to help them I would do about as much to help them by not joining them in the first place so they can solo monsters without my excessive level negating the exp.

See, the issue here is if I am consistently joined by them, then very quickly their rewards will be diminished, they won't earn the appropriate crystals if they aren't within the level range of the NM, similarly, they won't earn any of the rare materials, and further to this their exp will be diminished to the point that they would gain more just from fighting monsters solo that are +1/+2 of their elemental level.

Again, I would rather their experience not be diminished and they not be punished by in-game systems just because I elected to join them, or because they wanted another player to join them. Pretty bold claim there. That you and some others cannot see this as an issue is almost deeply concerning.
