Why is the PvP Shadowstalker set unavailable permanently?

Nothing should be locked behind pvp. The game mode is a complete mess. Locking content behind bad content is bad design.

One could argue the same for pvp competitions since you need lots of time to play to stay at the top...any ranking competition that takes place online over the span of multiple days or weeks is going to require a time or financial investment to rank high.

PvP seasons again seem to run back to back without stopping and the rewards are pretty much the same every time so everyone has a good chance of finding time to do it instead having very limited chances during one expansion

I feel like we're on two different pages here cause I'm not discussing the current season set up.

At the same time though, thank you for proving my point that you still need to invest time regardless.

They should retroactively give rewards to each CC seasons top 100s just to see how the forums would implode.

I think most people wouldn't care that much, sure it make the set less exclusive, but it is as hard to obtain as before and you don't feel like you effort are worth nothing. People are just against buying the set for a couple of wolf mark or whatever, that would just be sad tbh

Make them wolf collars. Requires a lot of cc season rewards to get them

Still nothing compared to what it get to be top 100. People farmed and worked a lot for it. just make it so top 100 in CC get it at season end. It the best middle ground we can have.

I am not even a PvPer in this game, why do people want to make more rewards gated by time, instead of an accomplishment? I think we should be asking for more rewards to be gated around an accomplishment week 1 clears should be a special title and the if you clear ultimate within the first cycle your weapon has a different color or effect from everyone else that cleared it after. SE should double down on exclusive rewards.
