Deveryn, people are scary ok?Discord made it easier from the start. DC travel made it better since. Again, they shouldn't have to waste time and energy on something we can handle ourselves. If you still find yourself wanting to run this, there are surely enough like-minded people out there you can find before they could ever push an update.
JK that sounds like a good solution.
I agree with the time and energy wasted, I don’t care that much to be honest, Im barely ever in Bozja, just want people to be happy.
You know what would entice me to go back to Bozja/Eureka? Reaper and Sage weapons. Juuuuust saying. 8)
While we're at it, put stuff like Delubrum Reginae normal in the alliance raid roulette and have an npc at the start who just hands you essences for like 1 gil so people can get in there more and actually enjoy themselves playing the game mode and maybe help some first timers out too. "Just use discord" is such a lazy excuse for people to hand to square. They're a 2 billion dollar company that extracts your money every month, let THEM do the job of making their own content relevant again. Even when you put up a PF, assuming you can even get 8 people during primetime, you just wait in queue for 10 mandatory minutes, zone in, and wow wouldn't you know it. There's nobody else there. Imagine blowing money and devtime on content that you know is gonna be hella abandoned in like a year, when you could avoid that by just throwing it in the roulette.
You could hand out the consumables for free and people would find a way to justify not using them. We'd be better off if they just dunked on the HP pools so bosses die in a more reasonable time frame. Keep twice-come-ruin cause it's a funny mechanic though. 8)While we're at it, put stuff like Delubrum Reginae normal in the alliance raid roulette and have an npc at the start who just hands you essences for like 1 gil so people can get in there more and actually enjoy themselves playing the game mode and maybe help some first timers out too.
I've actually given people essences to use when I hosted my own runs, and they used them. If tools are accessible, I think only the dumbest moron would be like "no thanks" (but yeah those people do exist, for sure)
I met one of those in the past, once. Funded their fragments lasting for possibly a month, then the next week of our DRn run they said they sold it because 'It doesn't do much anyway.'
Since then, I prefer to just teach/guide people how to farm their own to give them a good start.
People are running it and enjoying it. (Every day, there's a DC to hop to for Rival wings.) What is the problem? Maybe you should actually try this out first before bashing it like it's some heinous act.
Should they also add roulette for other activities? Maybe you roulette for an FC or a venue. Sometimes you just need to do things yourself.

We literally would get a dumbed down version of it, wouldn't we. They wouldn't trust us to use essences even if they were free, because people are too stupid to just read what they do and have fun with them.
Either way though, would be dope if they added it to the alliance roulette.
By 'guiding', I mean I will assist them on their first frag farms while making sure they know how to do the same in the future. The frags they've amassed on that first time farm are theirs entirely, I don't care what they do with those. Either use them for themself 100%, sell 50% of them, or sell all of them, it's their right. I'm just content knowing that I've taught them the 'how'. If they still cry in the future well that's on them (gladly nobody that I've known does... yet).
I didn't do that on the anecdote I wrote and I regretted it.
While I would be happy to see more variety in AR roulette, I'm worried that to make it possible, they'll just outright remove the LA system, which is a major reason why I love running Eureka/BSF contents.![]()
"Outside obvious jokes/sarcasm, I aim to convey my words to the future readers who may come across mine posts. Can I change -your- mind, somehow? Potentially... but that's not why I'm writing. You and I have wrote our piece(s). We don't necessarily need to change each other's mind. But we can change other's."
