And by OP's logic, the tier should be unlocked immediately upon release. Because if midcore and casual statics don't need it then neither do the hardcore statics that clear it all week 1. If it exists for people who clear week 1 and reclear for 8 weeks straight only, then why shouldn't it exist for all the statics that take longer than that?

Probably because there's no real way to directly report profiles, only posts and even then the moderation team seems to not really do much unless its something excessive.

No but you still have GM's running in-game regardless. There have been people getting sent to GM jail to force them to change their name. Sodappopin is a good example of that if I recall.
