    I don't think they hate it but more so just don't know what to do with it. I wish they give it a redesign that not only makes it less ping-reliant but also have more flesh to it.

    I don't think they know what to do with any job to be honest. Occasionally they hit the mark for some people, but overall job design is in a dire state in this game.
