Changing the shape and length of body and head features also requires significant genetic alterations. Although, I suppose this is where you are probably going to bring up cosmetic surgery. Newsflash, aestheticians are not physicians and have no skills in terms of surgery. You can have all the cosmetic surgery in the world and it won't change what you are. Fantasias on the other hand, DO change what you are. They are the magical equivalent of going straight to the nuclear option.
