I don't care about your proof, because I couldn't care less about your experience in other games. Nobody does
Your loss and your failing. Experience remains the same regardless of what game. Its still high end raiding.

You showed, repeatedly, that you have absolutely no idea how FFXIV raiding works.
By all means educate me how raiding in FF 14 differs from raiding on other MMO's. It doesnt.

Not getting why people find it fun is something, but you're not even there. You're only talking about the idea of a game you made up inside your head at people who lived it, experienced it.
So you are telling me my experiences over that 8 years was all made up? Rightttt....I have said this before, I have seen firsthand where a parser mentality leads in MMO's...and it isnt anywhere good.

YoshiP and his teams stance on the matter is the correct one.

And at the same time you ask people to know their place, peak irony.
I never said that, nor or ever.

    Done here.

You must be willing to agree that others will not share the same experience as yourself. I get you have seen hell and have come back to tell others about it, but just because you had that experience does not mean others have. So if we are being honest why does your personal experience have more value over another? Is it because Yoshi-P happens to agree with it? People can disagree.

Wildstar didn't die because of the design, it died because it came out before it was ready and was buggy as all hell for it's first few months, which turned a lot of people off the game. And besides, I don't know how you can say it excluded casual audiences when it did housing better then FF14 does.

Wildstar raiding scene died due to their "hardcore" approach which alienated casual players, and even se hardcore players. I forgot which interview it was I will look for it when I get home, but even the raid design member did mention that their focus on harder endgame was a poor judgment call. They overestimated the staying power or higher end raiders, and found out too late that the causal base is what keeps content alive. They made a design choice.

Lol sure the housing was great but let us be real endgame was far from casual friendly. Sure it was buggy but for the time compared to other mmo launches at the time it was a rather stable launch.

Housing is not the only thing causal players enjoy. Many factors lead to wildstar dying and lack of causal player base was one of them.

I dunno, I ended up not doing the raiding because the attunement was bugged and broken and I literally wasn't able to finish it sooo
