I agree. I am working on this, but its the middle of the work week, and I'm kind of a busy guy right now!I think an 8hr spawn with 15-30 minute pop time would allow for enough time zone rotation. If time constraints put you right in the middle of a certain NM's time, focus on something else for a week and one of the spawns is likely to be in your range.
I think the person who suggested having a force pop that you have to track down with clues had a good idea, but I think that should only be one of many type of spawns.
I think this topic is approaching critical mass where no one reads anything but first post and we get stuck in a repetitive cycle. Maybe original post should be edited to reflect the viewpoints laid out so far.
I will do my best to compile the ideas input thus far, and make a more detailed first post
