There is a lot of available housing in NA, ready and ripe for the taking, but you need to move your tail off this particular server and DC to get it.

If housing is important to you, it's there. If you choose not to take it for friends or whatever, then that's your choice.
Small minded opinion. You shouldn't HAVE to leave a server you like or your friends are on just to get a house. That is ridiculous.
