Endgame gearing in FFXIV

SE white knights forcing find static meme so much yet there is no ingame system to find one, you have to rely on third party stuff and also literally how alive your region is (cries in eu again)

Europan Raiding Central discord has like 30 static recruitment offer each day and that's only counting the english ones. I never had any issue finding other players despite the fact that our schedule has to accomodate to two different night shifts.
I'm not here to defend the gearing system and I understand that statics are not fit for everyone, but EU is not dead if you want to find one.
