If people don’t want to “do the story”…

How about Square Enix sell a novelization of it that also includes a story skip (with Hildebrand)? That way people can use their time for raiding instead, and read the story at their own pace. It’s a win for both story-loving camps and people who came from other MMOs, thus making the game more accessible for everyone. It also helps that you can read while waiting in queue for endgame content, or in times when you can’t play (on the bus/train, etc.)

With the amount of content we have, we should have a decent-sized novel, right?

Imagine making relics on equal footing as Savage raid weapons or slightly better given the full time investment required by the end of the xpac cycle.

This relic step is pretty easy and no depth to it at all. I guess that's good but I didn't expect it to be a Astro tomestone dump.

GNB's relic is okay, but I think it'll look a lot better with a glow. That reaper relic though...I need it.
