I remember looking up all the thaumaturges questline, for character building reasons, and it was soooo good, so much better than anything thaumaturges got in the current incarnation.

I like the idea of passive, building hate that happens in some areas - reminiscent of FFXI with tonberry and apkallu hate. I kinda miss that from 1.0, wish they'd kept it but I also understand why it was taken out.
