It is not really ok, due to some people make alts on all servers and does it with both FC and Personal house, don't take it personal though, they should had plugged that thing from day one due to housing is such a popular thing in this game only way could see fingers through it is that it would be 1 fc + 1house per Datacenter.

They need to enforce the ToS where it say that gameplay may change over time, same as experience and requirements, so it get fair for all.
