Not even a remotely hot take, but I have nothing but absolute LOATHING for healers that do nothing but spam their bog standard GCD heals then stand around looking like absolute fools not even attempting to touch their off global cooldowns. In the same vein, I also despise healers that absolutely blow their wad over a single raid-wide, throwing everything including the kitchen sink at the slightest hint of damage then having absolutely no idea what to do when crap hits the fan. Words cannot even begin to describe the sheer, unbridled, fury that flows through my veins when these same healers will then hem and haw about how good they are at healing when they fold like a sheet of paper under the slightest hint of stress.
Catering to these creatures was the worst thing Yoshi-P could have ever done, and the Healer role has suffered greatly for it.

You are right about the Suicide Squad, that was a solid 7.5/10 movie. As for Marvel, I just wanted to see if they had the gumption to make a 1:1 version of Marvel: The End. It's not like anything really came out of it, considering the ending just reverted to everything before Thanos went for the stones. Just show the heroes being not-crucified in times square, you cowards!Ill Huff that Copium, that I think DC CAN still make a Comeback.
Wonderwoman (not the Second One) was really good, and Aquaman arguably was pretty Solid. Then we got THE Suicide Squad (James Gunn), and Peacemaker. And...I guess Shazam...kinda 50/50. I hope Black Adam doesnt let me down.
They despite their blunders still have the Potential, they just havent gotten there yet, plus they need to freaking stop leaning on Batman. Hes awesome, we've known for several Decades, but they just cant seem to get anybody else right in a Live-Action setting. At least not in an Entertaining way worth watching a movie.
I loved Suicide Squad and Peacemaker, though probably more Peacemaker than the movie. Both were a wild ride...and on that note, I think I'm gonna watch Peacemaker again because the forums really twisted my arm here, even though all it took was a mere suggestion. Curse you, GD! Never needed an Ewer if you just extended your Lucid Dreaming and Lightspeed with Celestial Opposition...rip AST's time magic.
People always talk about the old cards but the fact that you could extend all your buffs including Earthly Star, Mind Potion, Lightspeed, cards, Lucid Dreaming, Eye for an Eye and Collective Unconscious (turning it into a 1200 potency HoT on the entire party) by 10 seconds or make Aspected Benefic the highest potency heal in the game (2376 potency over it's entire duration) with Time Dilation had so much potential.
Do it. Peacemaker was AmazingI loved Suicide Squad and Peacemaker, though probably more Peacemaker than the movie. And it makes me Like John Cena as an actor.
When you deal with human beings, never count on logic or consistency.
Fluid like water. Smooth like silk. Pepperoni like pizza.
Assuming you're dealing with a competent WAR or a competent set of DPS(or both).
I've seen WARs that forget that their BW cd is 25 seconds and don't pop it consistently. I've seen WARs that don't pop mitigation post BW(also includes thrill->equi). And then I've seen teams where they don't clear the trash fast enough and the WAR pops BW 3x leaving me to pick up the slack in between the 2nd/3rd pops(again assuming WAR has any competency, they can cover the first downtime on their own).
Granted oGCDs are usually enough and I can just keep dpsing. WAR is pretty braindead but it's not so ungodly braindead that you can just do whatever.
It also has the best opening credits of any series in recent memory. In my opinion, anyway. I could watch that on repeat for days and be perfectly content. The rest (the episodes) are just a nice bonus.![]()
Alisaie's gonna grow up flat like her mom and I feel sorry for her because unless she and Alphinaud finally change their hairstyles by then, she'll keep being mistaken for her brother. xD
