i find them faille hard core in terms of raids and dungeons. what bring me to start this topic is doing old raids, and go dam each one take up to 1h to get in. i find that even in roulettes people skipping raids as they don't give any thing.

Are you trying to form an unsynced party in Party Finder that's taking an hour to fill, or are you direct queueing for the raid in Duty Finder? If you're doing the latter, there's the problem. Most players are going to preform groups in Party Finder even for Normal raid difficulty unless it's the current expansion's raid. The exception would be the Normal Raid Roulette.

Old content gets great support - poetics, glamour, minions, etc. The content is always relevant to someone even if it's not relevant to those who have already completed it.
