I'd rather not have a collab at all. Not a big fan of these things. If I want to play a game, I'll go play that game, I don't need it artificially inserted into XIV. Usually it comes with a completely illogical throwaway story too. No thank you.
There's enough interesting lore in this game, I'd rather get more OC than a collab.

But yeah they should definitely add some KH weapons and possibly nobody cloaks.. would love some trials or raids connected with the boss fights.. would be nice to get them as a bonus as apposed to replacing our normal ones like Neir and I did like the Neir fights personally

Aside the DLC... it boils down to being "hard to find room for including more Final Fantasy characters." in a quote if not mistaken which personally i find it baffling after seeing how big of an impact shown in KH1 and 2.

What big impact? The only reason FF characters were important in KH1 was because they were used to introduce Sora and co. to the surface level concept of heartless as a threat and tying up with Hollow Bastion in the last hour of the game. Aside from that they're just a bunch of cameos with throwaway story reasons to be in the games. Ever since KH2 it's either the OCs or Disney characters that play major roles in the plot.
People like to bring up that "yadda yadda KH was conceived as Disney x FF yadda yadda" but that is a completely pointless argument. In the end, KH has long since become more about the original characters with a handful plot important Disney characters with ocasional FF character cameos.
And frankly that's more than fine. There are a multitude of FF crossover spin-offs and series at this point. Even SE can only have so much jerking off to Final Fantasy.

Gimme a Resident Evil Collab and make it a funny event cause the Gentleman Zombies are trying to dance with Chris and Jill xD, Weapons could be a Problem for this just only Guns and their outfits, or another Monster Hunter Collab, including the "real" Armor from their games and Weapons aswell xD, Books could be a Problem i know D:

While I kinda liked KH1 back then, I have not liked a single other game since and it feels... dated... and too cheesy for FFXIV.
Darkness, hearts and the power of friendship... Hard pass!
