Wouldn't be surprised if people made a bunch of housing items and shoved them onto their alts and sent those over too(or purchased them off their DC's MBs).

As for housing though, I'm going to try to be online during the time the servers go up, so hopefully I can get a house. Really excited because I can finally move my Emet shrine out of my stuffy apartment. I should probably pick that stuff up though, I'm guessing my apartment is going to get left behind when I transfer servers.
