It may not be against TOS, but it's definitely a dick move. And they know it's one, otherwise they probably wouldn't do it. They know precisely the implications of what they are doing, and many of them are doing so not for any legitimate reason but "for the lulz." Actually no, the point is to make gil via submarines in 99% of cases, which is their rights to do as they 1 : Paid for the accounts and 2 : paid for the houses. They can do whatever they want with it, them not having it wouldnt mean you would have it anyway. Nor OP or anyone else calling them names own that house, it's up for grab, and they did grab it. Period.

No they are not, getting a new account to get an additional house is not getting an advantage because the system is flawed, it's literally making a new character and getting a new house, in what world is this taking an advantage of a flawed system ?

For their own personal gain, and at the expense of an entire server's worth of players, knowing full well there's not enough houses to go around to begin with. That is greedy and selfish.

Are you reading what what you write. It is BOTH SE and PLAYERS. You take something limited for yourself with multiple accounts so others can't have them. That is called being selfish and greedy DERP. That is why these people need to be outed so most of the community will pressure them against the wall for being a dick. Nope, it's on SE themselves for not adding additional wards or making instanced housing,buying additional houses is not agaisnt TOS nor is it taking advantage, if it wasnt them, it would be someone else with that house, what's the difference ? Your ego is too hurt because someone with multiple houses has it instead of random johnny ?

Nope, see above, if it wasnt that person ,it would be someone else, it doesnt change anything, that house would not be yours anyway. The owner of that house does not matter.
