Naming should be avoided, yes, and I doubt these individuals feel any shame, so it's not like it would do any good anyway. Either way, I find it extremely hard to defend people like that. Are they breaking any rules? Technically not, but it's still a jerk move, especially when hoarding a very limited resource. And yes, I view anyone doing this as a jerk.

I already responded to that, those people do it for the sole purpose of making gil, because submarines are a massive amount of gil that is very easy to get. It's fair for them to do it as they paid for it.

Neither party is innocent here. SE created the problem, and these players took advantage of said problem.

Buying another account to have an additional house is not taking advantage.

Maybe they did. But they broke no rule installed by SE. You are allowed to own multiple FCs on a single account. And you are allowed to own a house per FC.
