Maybe they did. But they broke no rule installed by SE. You are allowed to own multiple FCs on a single account. And you are allowed to own a house per FC.

Therefore, It's impossible too hold more house per Account on the same world. This is definitely some whale using account over account to seize them. Some people also do that on Moogle Server, and it's just annoying.

You will be incorrect. If you were to leave the FC you've bought a house for, the restriction would be removed entirely.

Yes, they have one member. A member who hasn't actually bought the house. That one has long ago left. It's a character based lock. And since SE made it that way, this is no cheating. They even have Support advise people who run into a problem with claiming FC houses on alts to leave all their FCs on other characters to remove the lock.

No, It is correct, Because you can only HOLD one FC's house per account. It doesn't matter if you leave the FC afterward, because it has to be an other character on the other account anyway that hold the house in the end.

I may be unclear so let me clarify.

If you Bought a FC's house with Character A, and pass the lead on Character B, then leave the FC, in order to bought an other house you have to make sure that Character B IS ON AN OTHER ACCOUNT. Otherwise it won't work at all. Plus you will have to wait 30 days again with that specific character in order to buy an other house.

Their may be way to cheat the system of course, but that's an abuse of the system and it should be punished if that's the case.
