Eureka Bots are generating 280m gil a day with platinum pieces

Given that there are people selling houses for hundreds of dollars out there and nothing gets done I'm not sure banning bots is that high on the agenda. Heck you can send a report saying the data centre, the house number and a direct link to the message advertising it for sale and nothing ever happens.

Theres a large plot in shirogane going for $1600 if anybody feels like treating themselves. Sounds like a bargain actually, get your whole free company to chip in a little cash each and you could have a house!

Obviously the devs cant ban the player as its almost certainly being sold through an alt account but how hard would it be to remove ownership of the house and put it up on the lottery?

It just sounds like a massive pain in the neck to handle it tbh. For example, they take down the house and remove it but the person selling the house is someone who hacked the original owner. So now Square is in a situation where they just removed a house and put it on lottery from someone who wasn't even the original owner, so what does said hacked person do if they get access back to their account but are now missing the house? What if they get back too late and someone already bought the house through lottery? Who gets the rights to the house then? The original owner or the one who just bought it through lottery?
