You call for a hotfix as soon as possible. It's too late for a balance hotfix.

I'm not saying jobs shouldn't be buffed in 6.21, 6.25, 6.3 or any other patches.
Overgearing will solve 6.2 problems since DPS is mainly for week 1.

Again this is not true , while you're correct when you said "Overgearing will solve 6.2 problems since DPS is mainly for week 1." but it's not the case with this community
we've had a LOT of tiers when everyone is bis and jobs are literally locked out from both pf and static recruitment
Yes you're right dps won't be an issue in a couple of weeks but you know what? mch\pld\war will be locked regardless in most pfs

If I was week 1 static I would be piss to see my job being not viable. Esp when the game have monthly subcription and have a timed gated on my face.Peeps would defended the devs yall need open your eyes on reality. They will repeat the mistakes. It matter of time and when it will happended. Right now they are like "Yeah we somewhat did a mistake. Let's fix this on 6.25". Because of this error some players are going to unsubbed. I dislike they repeat somewhat the same error as Alex. I'm survivor of this error. I tell you something from experience. When that happended I couldnt never raid and prog A4S due to this on my server because people give up. That's was time when there was no cross world, no cross data center.

I would strongly disagree with this.

It is in the (many) weeks to come where much more players will be struggling to clear full tier.
The week 1 race only affects very small portion of people, compared to all non-hardcore who will attempting it - exactly in all those following weeks that you suggested dont matter anymore.
