Yes of course, cheaters and gatekeepers, the boogieman of the average player being mad that they don't get their wins served on a silver platter for existing and playing sub-par. For the record, the "fresh blood" is already there and I have seen many players with potential rise up and start competing with the better players. Or maybe this is a Light DC benefit, I don't know.
