Ninja at 66 feels more complex than Samurai at 90

People don't seem to understand that there are plenty of people who enjoy playing optimally in content that isn't Savage or Extreme trials.

The issue is when those people aren't playing optimally in content that isn't Savage or Extreme trials and then coming to the forum complaining how easy the job is. As RaevusAstra mentioned, Samurai has a low skill floor and high skill ceiling. If you think it's easy, play it optimally then complain how easy it is, even in its watered down state.

Okay, based on what? My gear? I haven't felt like playing Samurai since 6.1 or running serious content since Hades Extreme dropped. I've got 7 other characters I play, so for all you know this isn't even my main anymore.

I play Samurai exclusively in level 90 content and above.

As you can see i haven't posted on the forum or updated my profile in a long time. The summoner main is still there because it was back when the job had to use more than one brain cell to play, but SE made it playable for people like you now.

The rotation isn't going to become any more complex no matter what the fight mechanics are though. I mean yeah, if it'd be so hard you'd have to constantly keep your focus on your hotbars instead, but saying any job is that intense is quite a claim for this game. Or if downtime management ever asked a whole lot from you, but ditto.
