SE, please listen to the constant feedback about the glamour system

While I'm not going to be ungrateful for the changes to the glamour system we've had over the past couple of patches, it's still a far cry from the ideal that other games offer. We shouldn't shout down people asking for changes towards an eventual glamour log, the more Square realizes that we want a glamour log, the more likely they are to assess how to eventually implement it properly without it seeming like it'd be a waste of dev time.

+400 slots in the dresser today. Beyond that, you need to learn some patience. Also learn some gratitude while you're at it. They just gave everyone 400 slots! Frankly, they should just stop if people are going to be ungrateful regardless.

It's an insufficient system that needs to be brought up to the standards of this game's competitors. Simple as.

Actually not "simple as" when said competitors don't even do multiclassing, which remains the biggest problem in all of this.

There are things I can do, and do do, with the current FFXIV system that a glamour log can't.

One can hope they have some people working on getting a glamour log to work with their current systems without (much) problem, and what we get is the "it's not ready yet, here is something to tide you over"

People are crying for an overhaul. It's such an important part of the game for so many people and this stubborn silence to keep things locked to this terrible system is so tiring.

Black mages get robes so every caster has to look like a BLM. Bard always has a cowboy aesthetic so every ranged is cursed to look the same. Reaper is cursed with plate armor instead of a gothic look. We are tired, please. Please change this.

One of the biggest wants I've had for years is nice gloves that cut off sleeves like casters and healers often get. Melee don't have any and this boring aesthetic they have been doing for a decade... I swear to God it's just so upsetting.

We are telling you more glamour dresser space doesn't fix the problem of the glamour system. Please, listen.

The new healer gear looks like plate armor... And nothing matches it except the legs from the same set

"We" at the very least includes me and OP, as well as the people that agree with me and OP, just because you don't want it doesn't stop us from wanting and asking for it.
And honestly there's a lot more people that would rather a more comprehensive log system than what we have now. Just because you're fine with less doesn't mean we should be.

I hope so too, until then at the very least I want to let Square know that I would like it being implemented eventually.

Yeah imagine paying for a service, and having to feel grateful because they're updating the service (making it more useful/convenient)
