It takes forever to force proc the higher raids because the roulette that fills the other 23 spaces is constantly being starved of participants because of CT, even during peak on the busy servers it can take over 30 minutes to get orbronne or TABP, but you know damn well the second you give up and enter the roulette you’ll be in CT in 4 seconds
