The game has a whole window that shows you exactly what each action does. If someone doesn't want to open it and have a look, that is on them. If they still cannot work it out, go and hit a training dummy and find out. To me, this just sounded like an excuse.

If people actually bothered to spend some time to learn their job, even if it is just attacking a training dummy, then there would me more skilled players. The only thing that creates unskilled players is that player's lazyness. Obviously, there are exceptions, however, for most, this is the case.
