My 'favourite' is when they declare that there's been 'conversations' and that 'they're listening' despite never actually having any such conversations with either their customers or employees with both being utterly confused when a needless change is pushed through.
Then there's that creepy art favoured by many modern businesses were people are drawn as strangely shaped blobs with inhuman proportions and no clearly identifiable features. Dystopian art is so much cooler in fiction.
