Freedom Planet 2 is a good game.
Reeks of Nepotism or they are trying to get in their pants.*Interviewing a potential new hire yesterday*
*They don't know what "vain" means*
*The concept of invoices are foreign to them*
*My boss still pushes me to hire them*
*See them struggle when they had to count 6 things before moving it down the line*
*Boss walks up*
"Lookin' good! *thumbs up*"
You know what they say, "C gets a degree." At this point I am more or less doing two jobs when I have to work now because the boss pushed this new person on me. :/
On a lighter note, I just discovered that Spark the Electric Jester was not only a cool game but also a trilogy! You guys should check it out!
Or both...
When you deal with human beings, never count on logic or consistency.
Fluid like water. Smooth like silk. Pepperoni like pizza.
HELLS YES!
Romancing Saga: Minstrel's Song Remastered is confirmed to not only add a number of QoL features and new classes, but at least 5 new characters who were not playable originally! THE HYPE IS REAL.
OK, Lost Ark is not that bad if you play it casually. It is also playable without spending money.
Cheers

"I thought that my invincible power would hold the world captive, leaving me in a freedom undisturbed. Thus night and day I worked at the chain with huge fires and cruel hard strokes. When at last the work was done and the links were complete and unbreakable, I found that it held me in its grip." - Rabindranath Tagore
I love how I still feel so beholden to having joined a guild on an alt in Lost Ark, that I am still donating to it nearly every single day, all because I agreed to do so when joining the guild. By the way, I haven't really played that game since around April. This is why I don't join statics or FCs in this game, or in general.![]()

Was reminded that I'm starting to hate the newer Open World design for games ever since Breath of the Wild. Interactivity is nice, but if you can climb any mountain, go literally anywhere with no barriers...then there's too much to do, too many places to look around in, just overall far too much stuff to waste your time on. To state what kind of open world I do like, it's when you have places you obviously cannot go as shown by a map. Sorta like in areas you can't fly in FFXIV, you can see where you can and cannot go, so you know the possible places you can visit, what you can do at those locations, and can essentially narrow down what there is left to do. Without those, you could be missing tons of stuff, bypass/missing things you really should not bypsass/miss, etc etc. Any game with that level of open world is likely a game I'm not going to play at this point. It felt odd at first with Breath of the Wild, seemed to be the issue with why I disliked Genshin Impact, and was basically confirmed by me attempting to play Immortals Fenyx Rising.
I get lost in open world games. The lack of focus makes me lose interest, so I wander off into the wilderness and just sorta forget what I was supposed to be doing. It's just not my style, I guess.
I would suggest some that have some barriers, like Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-reckoning. Here's 3/4ths of the world map, and you can see everywhere you can go in the game, in terms of the barriers. So you essentially don't have to worry about burning out, you can essentially make your own type of checklist using the map.
