Should Ukrainians get a free/lowered Sub?

(i won't even get into some of the crazy shipping costs I've seen applied for Canadians that don't apply to Americans).

This, as a Canadian, is why I rarely buy from the SE store. The music Blu-ray may cost $40USD, but shipping is another $30-40USD, and then there is the customs fees that need to be paid of $25CDN. Their store is a major ripoff if you are outside of the US.
