Because it is not so easy. AFAIK you need a russian bank account for this etc. But when it would be for free then you would only need a VPN with a ukrainian IP address.

Has nothing to do with Zepla tho, it has to do with regional pricing. And it is not wrong to talk about the benefits of adding more currency options to the payment system, which is something many people from different countries would profit from.

But i can see that people here can only think about themselves.

No. Every place in the world has issues and no one else had reductions when they had disasters. She didnt advocate for this when others had issues in their countries. I find this a bit selfish. Even tho it won't change your mind as you said, people already pay less than you in many countries all around the world. Including me from the EU.

But i can see that people with no sense for economics can't grasp the meaning behind it so yeah, all we can do is to hope SE has as much heart as Blizzard at this point.

Hate to say it, and I KNOW it's not on the same scale by any means - but where does one draw the line?

I mean, the UK is having a Cost of Living crisis at present - the specifics of this are too much to elaborate on in a forum for a game, but the point is when you have people having to choose between paying their energy bill (which has risen by something like 80% recently) and eating it's probably more than fair to assume that there'll be some who've had to ditch luxuries like subs for an online game.

Again, I'll repeat, I know it's not on the same scale but it does beg the question where the line should be drawn.

While what's going on over in Ukrain is horrible, Why should they get reduced subs? Why not have SE accept their currency? Why are the subs prices so different around the globe?
Im not saying we shouldn't help, but instead of a band-aid for now, make a change for the future so we won't need more band-aids!

for lack of words to describe, Here in the USA, I can work 1 hour and have enough for my sub (granted I pay the minimum+retainer) , lets make it like that for other countries/currencies/etc, is that ideal? i don't know I'm not an economic scholar, (Public health is my game) or make subs based off Crysta and have that be transferable from IRL muns that's equal in value across the board.

Probably not a good idea.

But they do need proper regional pricing, for everyone.

They really need to overhaul the Account Management System, we need to be able to change our Country and add Local currency options.
For example, I am in Oceania, but pay with USD. This actually is beneficial for me, $9.99 USD (Legacy sub) is around $14.00 NZD, where as it should be Euro for my region, that would be $19 EURO, but would like to pay NZD with the price set for my Country like they did with Russia and Brazil, $19 seems a bit steep.

As it is I'm also paying $21 NZD for a FFXI sub... please combine both games into one sub like you did in 2010!

I'm pretty sure it does though. She just posted a video 13 hours ago about this very topic. About a day before, it was glamour restrictions. In each case, someone decides to take it upon themselves to come rally the cause in favor of one thing or another.

Don't try this guilt tripping nonsense about people only thinking about themselves. There's so much hypocrisy to unpack from that statement, but I won't get into it because (again) this is not the place for such discussion.
