I love WHM as it is now. Mass esuna? Sure, but we don't need that. We already have esuna and it casts real quick. We also have Medica II for mass regen. Nerf other classes by taking away their hots? No. Fluid Aura is useful now. OTOH, wouldn't mind having more dots.
