I dont know dude, while the kits are very simplified, they do bring a lot of creative elements such as the SCH spread ability used on Biolysis, the HP spending on DRK (would work if the HP spenders had some cooldown like 15s and paired with stronger lifesteal in the kit) or the ranged DPS having moves that would make them slowwalk during casts but make them hit harder based on factors.

There is plenty you could take notes from regarding PvP abilities that would give some spice to PvE jobs.
No thanks. And abilities that burn HP is one of the worst design ideas ever.
