    How can someone love this thing seriously...

    The real pvp fans left when there was the big pvp update in heavensward that made everyone equal just to give a chance to casuals or people who are lazy...

    When pvp required the player to be level 50 and you could use all your attacks and combine them with other classes and you had a materia system for pvp it was interesting because you could be unique in your way of fighting

    SE has completely taken away all our efforts to focus on casuals who don't have time to learn how to fight

    So it really makes me laugh when I read the messages saying that the new pvp system is technical and requires effort

    EVERYONE HAS BECOME THE SAME, we have the same life points and the same skills, we have all become pseudo dps of course some classes are stronger just like that, tanks have almost become useless
    There is nothing to learn and no possibility to evolve in short a huge joke and a shame if only they would remove this infamy to add more content in hardcore pve

    for the pvp system to even have a chance to thrive they made the right choice in capping it at level 30 with unique pvp kits

    whether or not it was more fun or less fun then "back in mah day" when we had access to full pve kits, continuing to balance for full pve kits in pvp would have been even more difficult than balancing the limited pvp kits they use now (which they're still having issues balancing)

    then there's the issue of how do they account for increasing level caps if they kept full pve kits? I see one of two options and neither are ideal
    One, they could allow pvp queue at a lower level and sync everyone up to 90, but then low level players would be getting a load of new skills on their hotbars they're unfamiliar with and wouldn't know how to properly use
    Two, they restrict pvp queue'ing to max level. However this seems like a bad idea when taking into account recent survey data done by luckybancho where according to their metrics barely half the "active" playerbase has even started EW So requiring max level to queue would be whittling down the players interested in pvp to a fraction of a fraction

    Then there's a bunch of other stuff that is your usual bad take but I guess that's just like your opinion or whatever
    except for the part about the about the life points being the same (they're different job to job) the skills being the same (please show me how you stun on DRK or how you place a shield on your allies on WAR) and the part about tanks being useless since PLD WAR and DRK can all be especially nasty in the right hands of players that actually understand how their kits work when applied to the objective of pushing the crystal and even GNB can be dangerous if ppl aren't prepared to deal with it's LB
