Yes, I'm very lazy indeed, everyone who didn't get a plot with that system was just lazy. I did indeed say that everything should be just handed out to me. Well actually, contrary to what you seem to believe, they could actually make an even better system, imagine that. No one here has said that the lottery system is flawless, it just doesn't make you spam a placard nonstop for 2-24 hours to have a CHANCE at getting one.

And how many more times do they need to add new wards so there's enough? They've had to add new wards so many times and it has never been anything but a band-aid fix, that's why people are frustrated about it. These band-aids have not and will not work so they need to do something else.

There is, but that also costs server space, the servers or the 1.0 code itself might just crash or start spazzing out past 24 wards.

There is nothing stopping them getting more servers, except the fact that servers are basically unavailable right now, just look at the NA datacenter being put on hold.

The ultimate solution is just release a new housing district every expansion. Garlemald restoration when?
