I'd argue that mentors shouldn't have a mount to get or a special roulette that gives you additional rewards. You only become a mentor to help others.Still doesn't math right.
Being able to clear Ultimate is an entirely different skillset than being able to run casual dungeons. Same with Savages. Heck, Savage requires an entirely different mindset/skillset than extremes.
The problem isn't what mentors are able to clear, the problem is in what is the incentive for them to become a mentor - is it helping, or is it getting the mount, or both? Because if it's both, good. If it's just helping, good. If it's just getting the mount - regardless, they're not going to be a good mentor.
