No, you will not be able to have children but you will be able to have relationships and a wife, as a being belonging to a higher plane of existence you will not be able to have children with a npc

As a game character you will be immortal because you won't age, but there won't be any other players, just npc's. If you die in the game it will be a real death.

Well some ppl don't have any friends, family and just work to survive then go home to play so video games so for some ppl it will be great

Oh I don't care if I AM able to have kids. Can other people have kids? If not...it will take literally only a generation for me to be Last Man Satnding. I'd kill myself at that point.
