The only time I've ever reported someone in a dungeon run was when three people started ERPing during the unskippable cut scenes in Praetorium. Do that in private, people.

Problem is someone can boost to 80 so by the time theyre 87 they can stil be fresh. So you can never use lv as an indicator.
You can't even use an ultimate weapon as an indicator![]()
I love how most people disagreeing with me think I want people to play at a savage level, to be gamer gods, or to be excellent at the game. I said this in my OP but all I'm asking for is that people have basic skills that they 100% SHOULD have. You SHOULD be using at least one mitigation per mob pull. This is not savage level tank gameplay. This is very basic game knowledge to have.
I am not asking people to suddenly treat dungeons as savage raids, I just want people to start carrying their own weight in dungeons. This is the most basic take of all time. There should be literally no one disagreeing with me unless they are the ones that want free carries through content. This is not a hard point to understand and I even devoted half of my OP to clearing this up, but it seems like a lot of people just didn't read what I said. If you think that people should not be carrying their own weight in dungeons, you are a horrible team player and your opinion is worthless.
Go read my section of the OP on skippers. I do not care if you skip but if you do, you are responsible for getting the practice you need. If you buy a level skip on a job you've never played, and jump into Tower of Zot or Mt. Gulg as your first dungeon as that job, you are trolling.

I take great offense at this as a disabled person. You are telling me I am not welcome in the game. The fact is most of us with disabilities know our limits and stay in them. We only push them with groups that are aware and willing to work with us.
probably 99% of the people I have done group content with in the last 20 years in MMOs had no idea I am disabled and many comment positively on my ability to play.
OP, it's not a sin worthy of a new thread. It's just not that grave.
You - as the healer - SHOULD be capable to cover stupid in 4-man casual content without too much trouble.
(Mind you that 16 vulnstack spintank I got once was really very hard to keep up, but I did it without a wipe).
You can ask them to do x, y, or z, and that's all you can do outside of tripping your personal pain-points for disband/abandon.

It doesn't really matter what you mean as far as skill level goes. The title alone comes off as toxic and somewhat elitist.I love how most people disagreeing with me think I want people to play at a savage level, to be gamer gods, or to be excellent at the game. If anyone needs to do anything, people need to start communicating better, as well as learn some patience. Not everyone is the same. (I covered that earlier.)
I am capable of this. The tank in question never died. However, it is unfair to force me to put in two people's worth of effort because one of our teammates is choosing not to carry their own weight. That is the point of the thread. Do not shift the blame for that to me. You are blaming me for the tank not hitting his cooldowns. I cannot teleport to this tank's house and press buttons for him. I tried to give him help by explaining exactly what he needed to do and he refused to do it. This is unacceptable to anyone with any amount of standards. As I said in my newest comment, "I am not asking people to suddenly treat dungeons as savage raids, I just want people to start carrying their own weight in dungeons.". All I am looking for is that people do not shift their responsibility to other people as that is rude. If you disagree with that, you are disagreeing with the most basic take of all time. I do not see how anyone could see this as radical or unfair to ask for.
That is great. Good for you. You should not be forced to do that because your tank is bad. If you don't care if you are forced to do that, that is fine, but that is not supposed to be normal. In a team, everyone is supposed to try their best and carry their own weight.
This is not an option that should be encouraged. We should be encouraging every other option before that one, which is what I am doing. I am calling for people to encourage new players to actually learn the game and become better so that they are not dead weight that their team has to drag to the finish line. Again, if you enjoy dragging dead bodies across that finish line, that is fine, but that should not be normal. A lot of the people disagreeing with me are advocating for a system in which laziness and taking advantage of your teammates is encouraged. Which system would you rather have? A system that encourages players to try their best to succeed or a system that encourages failure?
