    FF pvp feels like a phone game.
    Characters just iceskate sliding around, sprint forever, stunlockspam...

    Been doing a few over 10 days and the meta seems to be "hit and run", powerball it.
    Spam self heals and spring, anti cc bubble, all joke skills. There's no weight or real feel to any of the fights. It's almost like some arcade space shooter.

    Compared to 10 years of wow pvp: you could actually do stuff, you see what's going on, feel the combat flow, rotation, meaningful actions, everything was mostly *mwuah chefs kiss* - FF pvp is truely a bottom tier garbage joke. Just fly around, mash random buttons and go *weeeeeeee* It's actually kinda fun how stupid it is. Goes full 180, I'm starting to enjoy it.

    But serious advice to the devs if you want to make it better:
    Turn cc into debuffs. Every action applies a debuff that reduces targets movement speed, healing/spell power, by 3-5% and stacks up 3-5 times. Remove stuns and full frozen snares. Remove endless sprint spamming. Make healing flask instant, short cd for big FL, longer cd for small 5v5 match.

    Oh another thing... did anyone get the memo? You know, good vs bad, red vs blue, two teams, 2 factions maybe? WTF is this hud garbage of 50 team squads in 10 different colors shapes and icons? Can you unify the teams and bring some clarity on the battlefield? Really shouldn't be that hard in 2022 with a $100 mill company to get the absolute BASICS right.

    I concur that it is really stiff. The game's slow as snails tickrate brings a ton of caveats like the movement weirdness, imprecise position-based AOE snapshots and abilities getting interrupted immediately after their animations have started.

    Unfortunately, you don't need fast servers for PVE content as much as you do for PVP. So these issues will likely remain forever.

    Yeah it's actively awful. I can hit Chaotic cyclone on my warrior, die, then I see my damage happened, but I didn't get the healing from it. These things need to be instant.
