There is nothing shameful in admitting that you are not very knowledgeable of how healers play out in Final Fantasy XIV. Once you do I would like to suggest that you turn to real players and dedicated healer mains who have spent hundreds of hours playing a role you barely know for feedback and directions.

We know you have a vision of how you wish or would have liked the healer's gameplay to be. However, the structure of the game does not support in any way that vision. A void is created for those who want to master healing jobs, caused by the incoherence and incompatibility between the vision for the healing role and in-game expectations.

As time passes it grows. Its influence expands as it starts affecting other jobs aside from healers. At its centre lies the fervent desire to make the game perfectly organised which is achieved by making everything simple, easy, straightforward, predictable, scripted and the same. That desire, once beneficial to the game and its world, now exists to its detriment.
