There are entirely empty wards on Zurvan, I suppose your excuse is "I shouldn't have to create an alt on another server".

Actually, I'm assuming those are FC wards and most FC do have their own house if not capable of getting them yet cause they're still new or not meeting the right rank for it.
Also, starting on the... 10th I believe? Those plots will turn into personals to help get them purchased. It's like that in a lot of servers. Yours isn't that special, you're just ignorant of what's going on and the way you talk about it strongly expresses it.

Since you don't seem to have a strong understanding of what is going on in housing, and I do keep up with things - current FC wards 10-18 will become personal wards not all "these plots" that your post mistakenly conveys.
